    Life happens. Here's how to modify or cancel your party plans.

    Editing an Event

    Most event details can be changed anytime:

    What You Can Edit

    • Event name and description
    • Date and time
    • Location
    • Theme and colors
    • Guest list
    • Features enabled

    How to Edit

    1. Open your event dashboard

    2. Click "Edit Event" or the settings icon

    3. Make your changes

    4. Save updates

    Changes Guests See

    When you edit, the party page updates automatically. Guests who revisit will see the new information.

    Notifying Guests of Changes

    For major changes (date, time, location):

    1. Update the event details

    2. Use "Send Update" feature

    3. Compose a message explaining changes

    4. Send to all confirmed guests

    Canceling an Event

    If you need to cancel:

    1. Go to Event Settings

    2. Click "Cancel Event"

    3. Confirm cancellation

    4. Optionally notify guests

    What Happens

    • Event page shows cancellation
    • Guests can be notified
    • Your data is preserved
    • Access continues per your purchase

    Refunds for Cancelled Events

    See our refund policy for cancellation situations:

    • Within 7 days: Full refund available
    • Event cancelled: Case-by-case consideration
    • Contact support for help

    Rescheduling (Not Canceling)

    If you're just changing the date:

    • Don't cancel — just edit
    • Update the event date
    • Notify guests
    • Continue planning
