1. Go to your event settings
2. Click "Gift Registry & Wishlist"
3. Choose your setup method

Built-in Wishlist
Create items directly in Party Pilot:
- Add item names and descriptions
- Include photos or links
- Set priority levels
- Track what's been claimed
External Registry Links
Connect to popular registries:
- Amazon
- Target
- Buy Buy Baby
- Zola
- And many more
Best Practices
Be Helpful, Not Demanding
- Offer a range of price points
- Include specific and general ideas
- Make it optional, not required
Keep It Updated
- Remove purchased items (or mark claimed)
- Add new ideas as they come
- Check before the event
Share Appropriately
- Include in party page (visible after RSVP)
- Mention in invitations if appropriate
- Don't make it the focus

- Price range
- Category (toys, clothes, experiences)
- Need vs. want
- Group gift options
Privacy Settings
Control who sees your wishlist:
- Public — Anyone with party page link
- After RSVP — Only confirmed guests
- Hidden — Don't display (share link separately)
