Party Pilot includes a built-in photo sharing space where guests can upload photos and videos directly to your party page — no group chats or third-party apps needed.
How It Works
1. Enable photo uploads in your party page settings
2. Share your party page link with guests
3. After the party, guests can upload photos directly
4. All photos appear in your centralized gallery
For Guests
Uploading photos is simple:
1. Open the party page link
2. Scroll to the "Photos" section
3. Tap "Upload Photos"
4. Select photos from your device
5. Photos appear in the shared gallery
No account needed — guests upload with just their name.
For Hosts
You have full control:
- View all uploaded photos in one place
- Download photos individually or as a batch
- Remove inappropriate photos if needed
- Control when photo uploads are enabled
Privacy & Visibility
- Only guests with the party page link can view photos
- Host controls who can see the gallery
- Photos are stored securely
- Download and delete anytime
